Trained & practicing as an integrated, holistic musculoskeletal massage therapist since 2003 in combination with her psychic and medical intuition skill sets.

Her innate multidimensional healing capacity meets clients in what’s needed now.

Sherilea’s capacity in detecting detail specific to a person, whether physical, emotional, energetic, metaphysical and/or of the past, present or future, enables profound healing capacity in a session.

Her gift in identifying root cause pattern & vital information previously unyielded by the individual is signature.

Each session honours & compassionately customises safe, discrete and confidential space for individual client need.

Sherilea is also the healer’s healer. Able to meet any practitioner of healing at their place in time & work together in identifying previously unyielded elements that support what is healing now.

Sherilea has skillfully developed therapeutic healing techniques that work with the in-built ability of the human body to restore natural capacity, so that all other facets of an individual’s life may shift into greater wellbeing.

The work accesses the body’s in-built ability to resolve the stuckness of survival mode (sympathetic nervous system tone) and restore true rest (parasympathetic) for authentic wellbeing outcomes.

(The survival mode of the human body instructs stressful changes in soft tissue causing dysregulation as symptoms)

Unresolved survival mode in the body adversely changes an individual’s overall health &/or wellbeing. The body signals this via symptoms.

The human body is not designed to stay long term in survival mode (fight, flight, fawn or freeze). Survival mode of the nervous system is designed to only be activated in life threatening situations. However, if life or environment is distressing, survival mode can remain on long term.

This can lead to dysregulated functioning of a person. It can manifest as disease, dysfunction or disordered wellbeing at the cellular, tissue, organ & systems, regardless of how highly functioning a person is in their individual life..

In a healing session, Sherilea locates the source of this survival body tone & releases it. This is somatic (nervous system) healing.

As a psychic medium & medical intuitive, Sherilea will;

– engage her psychic senses to identify information client is seeking now.

– channel information from spirit, guides, angels & loved ones passed relating to past, present & future information for the individual now.

– facilitate healing of blocks, limitations or unresolved patterns with client as it manifests at the physical, emotional &/or energetic levels,

– practice informed consent & safe space holding with client prior to, during and after treatment.

– create online or in-person healing sessions that require physical therapy are facilitated with client fully clothed & draped for comfort.

Sherilea’s lifelong experience of accurately channeled visions of information surrounding individuals combined with two decades of trauma informed bodywork train & teach her in the fundamental elements of healing pathways of the human body.
